It is equivalent to the Catalan <em>dilig\u00e8ncia<\/em>, informally known as a <em>faig constar<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>B.\u00a0STRUCTURE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>1.\u00a0Date<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Write the date in the top right-hand corner of the page rather than at the bottom. Omit the place name that typically appears in certificates in Catalan.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2.\u00a0Generic salutation<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The final recipient of an internal certificate is not generally known, so the text begins with the generic salutation <em>To whom it may concern<\/em>, which should be left-justified and followed by a comma.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3.\u00a0Body<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In the body, state the information that is being attested to. This section is justified.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4.\u00a0Signature<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Include the signature of the person issuing the document and left-justify it.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5.\u00a0Signatory<\/strong><strong>\u2019s name and position<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Give this information on two separate lines, with no punctuation at the end of either line.
