She received the B.Tech degree in Communication and Computer engineering from The L.N.M Institute of Information Technology (LNMIIT), India, in May 2009. She has been an intern as a researcher at the Centre for Advanced Techniques in telecommunication(CATT),Polytechnic Institute of NYU,New York and Arcelor Mittal Steel plant,Kazakhstan. She did her Bachelors thesis as a part of the project on “Development of configuration and migration tool for ERP based applications” funded by Vervent International, California, USA.
From 2009, she joined the research group under Dr. M.A Vazquez Castro at ETSE,Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, Spain, working on areas of Network coding, QoE-driven multimedia transmission, game-theoretical analysis of communication systems and physical layer network coding. She completed her Masters in July 2010 from Universitat Autonoma de Barcelona,Spain. Her Masters thesis was titled “Analysis of rationality in Interference networks’ game”. Her current areas of interest are related to the Game Theory models, physical layer wireless network coding and study of network coding implementation with cross-layer optimization for multimedia transmission. From 2010, he joins the research group under Dr. M.A Vazquez Castro at ETSE, UAB, Spain.
She is now doing her PhD on the topic of Network coding and its Analysis in wireless networking.
Areas of Interest: Network Coding, Compute and Forward Relaying, Game Theory, QoE-driven Multimedia transmission.
