2. How do I get an invoice?<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. What format is the conference?<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

It will be an online conference with recorded video presentations.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Interaction will be possible through a written forum.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The platform used will be Moodle.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

M4ALL and ARSAD will have different spaces in Moodle.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. I am a speaker. How do I prepare the video presentation? How long should it be?<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please read the video instructions for speakers available here<\/strong><\/a>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Each speaker has been given a time slot.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is the maximum length of each presentation <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

but speakers are free to adapt to the online format<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

and make presentations shorter.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. I have registered. How do I get access to the platform?<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We will contact you and give you a code <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

a few days before the conference.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

See instructions<\/strong><\/a> sent by email.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

6. Is the platform accessible?<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We use Moodle. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

ACPA<\/a><\/strong>, a user association which is M4ALL accessibility sponsor, <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

has tested our platform <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

and has confirmed it is accessible.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

7. Are the videos accessible?<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The videos will be uploaded on Youtube and embedded in Moodle.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Speakers have been requested to provide subtitles in English, <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

to describe the visual elements on their presentations, <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

and <\/span>to avoid complex language.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

TransMedia Catalonia is not responsible for the subtitle quality.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

8. For how long will the videos be available on the Moodle platform?<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The programme indicates the time when the videos will be made public through the public.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

At that time a specific written forum for each session and panel will be open.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The videos and written fora will be available during a week, until February 5th.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

9. I am a speaker. Do I have to register and pay?<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Yes, you have to register and pay the corresponding fee.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We will issue proof of presentation after the conference.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

10. Will I receive a certificate?<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We will provide proof of attendance to all participants who attend (speakers included).<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We will provide proof of presentation to all speakers who present.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We will not give a certificate for co-authors who do not register.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

11. I am a student and a speaker. What fee do I have to pay?<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Even if you are a speaker, your fee is the student fee.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

12. <\/span><\/span><\/strong>How do I prove I am a student?<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the registration form you will need to upload a pdf document proving it.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

It can be your student card, but we will also accept other documents such <\/span><\/span>as a valid registration to a university course.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

13. I am a co-author. Do I need to register?<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you co-present, yes, you need to register and pay.  <\/span><\/span>We will give access to the platform, <\/span><\/span>and issue proof of participation and proof of attendance <\/span><\/span>to those who register and pay the corresponding fee.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you do not register, you will be listed as co-author <\/span><\/span>in the conference programme but you cannot be part <\/span><\/span>of the video presentation. You will not be given <\/span><\/span>proof of presentation\/attendance.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

14. I have registered. How will I join the online sessions?<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

There will not be live online sessions.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

As indicated above, there will be prerecorded presentations<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

and interaction will be possible through written fora.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This will accommodate participants in different time zones.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The forum written interaction will be open at the same time <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

the video presentation is launched,<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

but will be open during all the conference.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

You will also be able to watch the presentations <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

and read the fora <\/span><\/span>until February 5th.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n
