This page provides general information on the registration process.\u00a0Please read it carefully before filling in the registration form.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

1. General information<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

M4ALL is collocated with ARSAD<\/a><\/strong><\/u> and an EASIT event<\/a><\/strong><\/u>.\u00a0There are preferential fees if you attend different events.\u00a0There are also two pre-conference workshops for which you can register independently.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Registration fees<\/a><\/strong><\/u>\u00a0include\u00a0access to the online platform (Moodle), where prerecorded videos for the presentations will be available.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Each event will have a different Moodle space.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Communication with the speakers will be possible through a written forum during the conference.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Please notice that it will not be a live event: the videos will become available following the conference schedule, and forum written interaction will be possible during the event. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Videos will remain available after the conference for a week.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Videos will be subtitled by the speakers.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

2. How do I register?<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

By filling in the registration form here<\/a><\/u>.<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

There are different possibilities depending on whether you need an invoice or not.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

4. I have a student\/unemployment\/supporting organisation concession. How do I get a reduced fee?<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

In the registration form you will need to add proof of it in pdf format.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Supporting organisations will be providing you with a specific document to upload.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

5. What documents do I need for the registration? Can I get an invoice?<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The registration form includes links to all the documents you need to provide when you need (and when you don’t need) an\u00a0invoice.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

We summarise the documents next, so that you can have them ready when filling in the registration form. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
