This is the main conclusion of an article published in the <em>Latina <\/em>Magazine, number 72, which analyzes the results of the LOCALCOM Statistical Model of the Cultural and Creative Industries (MELICC) in the Spanish region of Aragon.<\/p>\n<p>The paper describes the effects of the past economic crisis on cultural and creative industries, it seeks to mesure the social and economic&nbsp;suffered by CCIs&nbsp;and provides comparable data on these industries and their evolution. The study covers the time span between 2008 \u2013previous to the crisis\u2013 and 2013, when the economic decline slowed down.
