Per a aix\u00f2, utilitzant dades reals d&#8217;Imatge per Tensor de Difusi\u00f3 (DTI), els processa mitjan\u00e7ant programari de tratografia i transforma aquestes reconstruccions en models f\u00edsics impresos en 3D. A trav\u00e9s d&#8217; un disseny curricular integrat i avaluacions comparatives, la iniciativa busca demostrar que la manipulaci\u00f3 de r\u00e8pliques tridimensionals <strong>potencia l&#8217;aprenentatge actiu, la retenci\u00f3 i la motivaci\u00f3 de l&#8217; alumnat, preparant-lo millor<\/strong> per a entorns cl\u00ednics reals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Objectiu<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>El prop\u00f2sit principal \u00e9s facilitar la visualitzaci\u00f3 i l&#8217;entesa dels principals fascicles de subst\u00e0ncia blanca \u2014arcuat, uncinat, c\u00e0psula interna, cos cal\u00f3s i altres\u2014 que resulten dif\u00edcils de representar amb atles bidimensionals o en disseccions cadav\u00e8riques. Es proposa dotar els alumnes de Medicina, Infermeria, Fisioter\u00e0pia i Logop\u00e8dia de models 3D plenament manipulables, de manera que puguin explorar la disposici\u00f3 espacial de les fibres i correlacionar estructura i funci\u00f3 en un context cl\u00ednic. Addicionalment, el projecte pret\u00e9n desenvolupar un flux de treball reprodu\u00efble (&#8220;pipeline&#8221;) per generar models d&#8217;altres estructures a partir d&#8217;imatges m\u00e8diques, ampliant aix\u00ed el repertori de recursos did\u00e0ctics de la unitat d&#8217;anatomia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Metodologia<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>El pla s&#8217; organitza en quatre fases anuals. En la fase inicial (Fase 1), s&#8217;obtenen dades DTI d&#8217;alta resoluci\u00f3 amb la col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 del NatBrainLab (King&#8217;s College London), s&#8217;a\u00efllen els tractes d&#8217;inter\u00e8s i es generen volums digitals. En Fase 2, aquests volums es converteixen en superf\u00edcies 3D mitjan\u00e7ant edici\u00f3 en programari especialitzat i s&#8217;exporten en format STL per a impressi\u00f3 en el Disseny Lab d&#8217;UAB Open Labs. Es realitzen proves pilot amb grups redu\u00efts, on es proven la fidelitat de les impressions i s&#8217; ajusten par\u00e0metres d&#8217; escala i robustesa. Fase 3 implica la integraci\u00f3 curricular: es programen seminaris i pr\u00e0ctiques en les assignatures de Neuroanatomia i Anatomia del Sistema Nervi\u00f3s, on els estudiants manipulen els models, completen q\u00fcestionaris de percepci\u00f3 i realitzen ex\u00e0mens pr\u00e0ctics que comparen grups amb i sense acc\u00e9s als models 3D. Les enquestes inicials van indicar una percepci\u00f3 positiva: m\u00e9s del 80 % dels alumnes va considerar que la manipulaci\u00f3 dels models millorava la seva comprensi\u00f3 espacial i motivaci\u00f3. A m\u00e9s, els docents van reportar una major claredat en explicar la relaci\u00f3 entre anatomia i funci\u00f3, i els estudiants van expressar inter\u00e8s a disposar d&#8217;aquests models per a estudi aut\u00f2nom. Es preveu que, en acabar l&#8217;avaluaci\u00f3 completa, l&#8217;eina es consolidi com un recurs permanent en la col\u00b7lecci\u00f3 de models anat\u00f2mics de Facultat de Medicina de la UAB i serveixi de base per a futures innovacions en simulaci\u00f3 cl\u00ednica i formaci\u00f3 interprofessional.
