At\u00e8s que aquest enzim oxidatiu es desactiva r\u00e0pidament en exposar-se a les interf\u00edcies gas-l\u00edquid del bombolla tradicional, el subministrament continu d&#8217; oxigen representa un repte cr\u00edtic. Per solucionar-ho, utilitzem impressi\u00f3 3D i el programari <a href=\"https:\/\/www.onshape.com\/es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Onshape<\/a> per fabricar a mida un suport de membrana de fibra oca adaptat a un reactor <a href=\"https:\/\/spinchem.com\/product\/laboratory-vessel-v2\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">SpinChem<\/a>, aconseguint una oxigenaci\u00f3 eficient i lliure de bombolles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At\u00e8s que la geometria interna del reactor dificultava els mesuraments directes, es van emprar motlles negatius (d&#8217;alumini i posteriorment d&#8217;agar al 3 %) per guiar el disseny. La cistella de suport definitiva va ser el resultat de quatre dissenys enfocades a optimitzar l&#8217;estabilitat mec\u00e0nica i l&#8217;ajust:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Prototips 1 i 2<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong> <\/strong>Estructures modulars de quatre peces semicirculars unides per barres verticals.
