We organize regular talks to share our insights and experiences on topics such as career development, mentoring, networking, and diversity. Our goal is to create a supportive and inclusive environment for all members of the physics community, regardless of their gender identity, sexual orientation, ethnicity, or background.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-vertical is-layout-flex wp-container-core-group-is-layout-8cf370e7 wp-block-group-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-content-justification-center is-layout-flex wp-container-core-buttons-is-layout-16018d1d wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button has-custom-width wp-block-button__width-100 is-style-outline is-style-outline--2\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link wp-element-button\" href=\"https:\/\/www.gemf-rsef.es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Group of Women in Physics of the Spanish Royal Society of Physics (RSEF)<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Some members have an active role in gender in physics through the Specialized Group of Women in Physics of the <em>Spanish Royal Society of Physics<\/em> (RSEF) that is intended to increase the presence of women in physics, make their achievements visible and defend the interests and equal rights and opportunities of physicists. Mar\u00eda J. Yzuel was one of the founders of this group.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-content-justification-center is-layout-flex wp-container-core-buttons-is-layout-16018d1d wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button has-custom-width wp-block-button__width-100 is-style-outline is-style-outline--3\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link wp-element-button\" href=\"https:\/\/www.physik.fu-berlin.de\/einrichtungen\/ag\/ag-erlemann\/diversity-in-physics\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Erasmus+: Diversity in the Cultures of Physics&nbsp;<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>The main objective of <em>Erasmus+: Diversity in the Cultures of Physics<\/em> is the organization of summer schools for female students coursing the Physics degree, the Master&#8217;s degree or in the first years of a PhD Thesis. These summer schools aim to provide the necessary information and resources to encourage participating students to continue their academic careers, to later pursue a professional career in the field of science, and in particular physics.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-layout-flex wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button has-custom-width wp-block-button__width-100 is-style-outline is-style-outline--4\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link wp-element-button\" href=\"https:\/\/11defebrero.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">11F, the International Day of Women and Girls in Science&nbsp;<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>11F is intended to make visible the work of women who are dedicated to STEM areas (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics), thus creating female references for children who can contribute to the choice of these areas as professional careers.
