Food production in the Iberian and Roman world depended to a large extent on the production of flour from cereals. For this reason, it is very common to find millstones used for the production of these flours in archaeological excavations. In this case, the 3D stone models presented here were found at the Castellot de Bolvir site and were used by the Ceretan people who lived there.
