The aim of this second congress was to continue promoting spaces for research and reflection from the Pyrenean territory and for the Pyrenean territory. The theme of the Congress was, on this occasion, the discussion about Hannibal&#8217;s passage through the region and the participation of the territory in the Second Punic War.
