PhD student funded by the MSCA-COFUND TOUCH program (European Commission), jointly affiliated with POWAH and the Sociological Research Centre on Everyday Life and Work (QUIT). Graduate in Economics and holding a Master’s degree in Social Policy, Employment and Welfare, her doctoral thesis focuses on the study of how labor management practices and the collective organization of long-term care sector workers are related to their mental health.
