Associate professor in the Biostatistics Unit, Department of Paediatrics, Obstetrics and Gynaecology, and Preventive Medicine and Public Health at the Autonomous University of Barcelona (UAB), and member of the UAB Institute for Labour Studies (IET). PhD in Public Health and Biomedical Research Methodology, he has extensive research and teaching experience in analyzing data from population surveys and epidemiological studies. His main line of research focuses on the study of exposure to psychosocial risks at work, analyzing their origin in work organization and labour management practices, as well as their impact on workers’ health. He is co-author of more than seventy papers in JCR-indexed journals and has supervised thirteen PhD theses.
