Malgrat els molts esfor\u00e7os fets i les propostes implementades, ja sigui a nivell europeu (per exemple, Comissi\u00f3 Europea, 2019) i a nivell local (Generalitat de Catalunya, 2017, 2018) els informes de recerca i els governs ofereixen evid\u00e8ncies que indiquen que tant les institucions educatives com la formaci\u00f3 dels futurs i les futures agents educatives en relaci\u00f3 amb una educaci\u00f3 pluriling\u00fce, sensible a la llengua i socialment justa encara deixen molt a desitjar.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-extra-small-font-size\" style=\"color:#000000\">Aquest projecte t\u00e9 com a objectiu donar resposta a aquesta necessitat educativa i social mitjan\u00e7ant la implementaci\u00f3 i l&#8217;an\u00e0lisi d&#8217;un di\u00e0leg a tres bandes entre el professorat universitari i els futurs i les futures educadores (Facultat de Ci\u00e8ncies de l\u2019Educaci\u00f3, Universitat Aut\u00f2noma de Barcelona), un programa d&#8217;\u00e8xit d&#8217;ensenyament pluriling\u00fce en l&#8217;\u00e0mbit de l&#8217;educaci\u00f3 no formal (AFEX, Casa \u00c0sia) i una oficina de divulgaci\u00f3 educativa de la universitat que promou l&#8217;Aprenentatge-Servei entre altres \u00e0rees (Fundaci\u00f3 Aut\u00f2noma Solid\u00e0ria o FAS, Universitat Aut\u00f2noma de Barcelona).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-extra-small-font-size\" style=\"color:#000000\">El projecte segueix una metodologia de recerca acci\u00f3 col\u00b7laborativa i participativa i etnogr\u00e0fica, que situar\u00e0 els infants i els i les joves com a investigadores, i incorpora la participaci\u00f3 en l&#8217;Aprenentatge Servei. Durant els tres anys del projecte, es realitzar\u00e0 una an\u00e0lisi emp\u00edrica de la col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 proposada mitjan\u00e7ant observacions, la recopilaci\u00f3 de dades d&#8217;interacci\u00f3 i el desenvolupament de tallers. A partir d&#8217;aquests resultats, es construir\u00e0 una comprensi\u00f3 col\u00b7laborativa i es proporcionar\u00e0 formaci\u00f3 en mat\u00e8ria de diversitat ling\u00fc\u00edstica i inclusi\u00f3 en l&#8217;ensenyament i l&#8217;aprenentatge de lleng\u00fces.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns alignwide is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Finalment, el projecte oferir\u00e0 propostes sobre com mantenir les col\u00b7laboracions intersectorials iniciades i les accions educatives. Els resultats esperats proporcionaran una nova comprensi\u00f3 de l&#8217;educaci\u00f3 pluriling\u00fce i la inclusi\u00f3 en el desenvolupament dels futurs educadors i educadores, a m\u00e9s de crear fonaments per a un creixement mutu cap a una educaci\u00f3 i una vida social m\u00e9s equitatives.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed aligncenter is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"CULT. wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Documentar i comparar les pr\u00e0ctiques comunicatives i educatives pluriling\u00fces en contextos formals (formaci\u00f3 universit\u00e0ria) i no formals (sessions del programa AFEX-AFFM).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Comparar aquestes pr\u00e0ctiques i formats educatius en diferents contextos i propostes nacionals i internacionals.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Analitzar i descriure aquestes pr\u00e0ctiques (pr\u00e0ctiques d&#8217;ensenyament, compet\u00e8ncies pluriling\u00fces, compet\u00e8ncies del professorat) amb l&#8217;objectiu de proposar una visi\u00f3 i unes estrat\u00e8gies renovades per a l&#8217;aprenentatge i l&#8217;ensenyament de lleng\u00fces del segle XXI i per a les professions de l&#8217;ensenyament i l\u2019educaci\u00f3.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"4\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Construir de manera multidimensional i intergeneracional una proposta col\u00b7laborativa per a la formaci\u00f3 de professorat, pedagogs i pedagogues i educadors i educadores socials per tal que esdevinguin professionals ling\u00fc\u00edsticament i culturalment sensibles en diversos contextos del segle XXI.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mesurar l&#8217;impacte de la col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 multidimensional i les intervencions de recerca participatives amb joves.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Promoure i donar suport a connexions sostenibles i transferibles entre la universitat, els programes socials i les pr\u00e0ctiques i pol\u00edtiques educatives escolars. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<p>El projecte segueix&nbsp;<strong>perspectives etnogr\u00e0fiques<\/strong>&nbsp;que ajuden a respondre els objectius de documentar i comparar pr\u00e0ctiques comunicatives i educatives pluriling\u00fces en entorns formals i no formals, i contrastar-les amb altres programes i propostes existents i presentar-ne una an\u00e0lisi i descripci\u00f3. Aix\u00ed mateix, el projecte es basa en l&#8217;agenda de la&nbsp;<strong>recerca-acci\u00f3 col\u00b7laborativa i participativa<\/strong>, tot incorporant joves participants com a investigadors i investigadores. Aix\u00f2 contribueix a respondre a la naturalesa col\u00b7laborativa del projecte, aix\u00ed com a l&#8217;aprenentatge multidimensional de les participants. La triangulaci\u00f3 i integraci\u00f3 d&#8217;aquestes dues propostes metodol\u00f2giques juntament amb&nbsp;<strong>l\u2019an\u00e0lisi conversacional<\/strong>&nbsp;permetran tenir en compte&nbsp; com es construeixen la diversitat i les pr\u00e0ctiques pluriling\u00fces a nivell macro i micro, a trav\u00e9s dels rols participatius dels joves i les joves investigadors.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El projecte t\u00e9 com a objectiu addicional contribuir a transformar les experi\u00e8ncies educatives de l\u2019alumnat universitari: professorat, pedagogs i pedagogues, educadores socials i volunt\u00e0ries La participaci\u00f3 d&#8217;aquests agents en el projecte adopta formes diverses. La participaci\u00f3 de l\u2019alumnat universitari en el programa AFEX-AFFM pren la forma&nbsp;<strong>d\u2019Aprenentatge-Servei<\/strong>. Aquesta participaci\u00f3 es facilita mitjan\u00e7ant l&#8217;establiment de col\u00b7laboracions de mutu benefici basades en les necessitats concretes de grups espec\u00edfics. En aquest cas, aquesta necessitat \u00e9s bidireccional ja que a ambdues parts (AFEX-AFFM, Facultat de Ci\u00e8ncies de l\u2019Educaci\u00f3) els manca el que l&#8217;altra part els pot oferir durant aquesta col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3.
