Ana Ruiz Flores was born in Barcelona in 1988, graduated with a Degree in Telecommunications Engineering specializing in Electronic Systems in 2016 in Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (UAB). The same year, she joined the group of Reliability of Electron Device and Circuits (REDEC) within the Electronic Engineering Department in UAB working on the characterization of graphene-based devices at the same time that she was undertaking the official master’s degree in Advanced Nanoscience and Nanotechnology, specializing in Nanoelectronics. Currently, she is doing her Ph.D degree, focusing in variability and reliability of nanoelectronic devices based on emerging materials.
