Javier Diaz Fortuny was born in Terrassa in 1988, diplomated in Technical Telecommunications Engineering specializing in electronic systems in 2012, and later graduated as a Telecommunications Engineer in 2014 from the Universidad Autonoma de Barcelona (UAB). He has recently joined the group of Reliability Devices and Circuits (REDEC) Department of Electronic Engineering at UAB were his job in focused on the development of techniques for the characterization of Resistive Switching and Random Telegraph Noise.
