Breu presentació:
Born in Barcelona, he was graduated in Physics in 2004 for University of Zaragoza (UZ). He has colaborated with the Electronic Department of Universidad de Zaragoza investigating algorithms of learning for neuronal networks. At the moment, he is a FPI grant holder in Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (UAB), where his research is focused on the dielectric breakdown and degradation impact in transistors and circuits. Recently, he has done a stay in the University of Padova where he has studied the dielectric degradation in CMOS technologies.
