An Organized Session is a set of paper presentations centered on a specific theme, for which participants can submit abstracts from November 20, 2016. Organized sessions consist of at least one 2-hour time slot accommodating 4-6 paper presentations. Please submit any Organized Session proposal between the following dates:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Opens October 20, 2016<\/li>\n<li>Closes November 20, 2016, at 20:00 EST<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Proposals should be emailed to: <a href=\"mailto:sunbelt2017@gmail.com\">sunbelt2017@gmail.com. <\/a>Please include the following required information in your proposal:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Contact information for a session organizer (name, institution, email).<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0A short descriptive title for your session, and a brief description of your session.<\/li>\n<li>The names and institutional affiliations of all organizers and the session chair.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>After submission, you will receive a confirmation email. Decisions will be communicated to the corresponding organizer before November 20, 2016.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Call for Workshop Proposals. <\/strong>Proposals are invited for Workshops at Sunbelt XXXVII in Beijing, China, May 30-June 4, 2017. Workshops are sessions of half a day (3 hrs) or a full day (2 sessions of 3 hrs) focused on teaching attendees specific methods, software or theories.
