  • PhD Students – 250 Euros
  • Postdocs – 300 Euros
  • Senior investigators – 350 Euros

Registration guidelines

Registration must be performed by: Bank transfer deposit

  • Participants can deposit their Conference Registration Fees in Euros at the UAB Bank Account:
    • Account ΙΒΑΝ:  ES55 0182 6035 4802 0161 5335
    • Beneficiary: UNIVERSITAT AUTONOMA de BARCELONA
  • After the deposit, participants must e-mail a copy of the bank transfer deposit receipt to congress Organization cg.rna.rnase2025@uab.cat with subject “RNase registration” and indicate in the body of the message the type of registration (for instance: “PhD student“, “Postdoc”,  etc)

Transaction expenses must be covered by the participant

(*) Receipts for grant holders can be requested in advance and Receipts for registration will be given upon request by sending an email to cg.rna.rnase2025@uab.cat. Please indicate name, address, VAT number, and if any letter from the organizing committee is required.

Bursaries

International Meeting, sponsored by RNA Society and Lexogen, will provide two bursaries

A filled application form should be submitted to cg.rna.rnase2025@uab.cat  before 15th April

Eligibility criteria

  • Be a PhD student or a Postdoc researcher
  • Be submitting an abstract for an Oral presentation to the congress before 15th April
  • Be the first author of the submitted abstract

Terms & Conditions

  • A maximum of 425 euros will be granted
  • Registration fee will be returned to awardees
  • Bursaries will partially cover travel and/or accommodation expenses
  • 1 bursary will be reserved for low-income countries
  • Bursary applicants will be assessed by the Scientific Committee
  • The outcomes of bursary applications will be notified via e-mail
