En aquest procediment les mol\u00e8cules es separen en base al seu comportament f\u00edsic (pes molecular, tipus de grup funcional, estructura molecular). La separaci\u00f3 de les diferents mol\u00e8cules es determina per la seva interacci\u00f3 amb les dues fases que existeixen dins del sistema cromatogr\u00e0fic: la fase m\u00f2bil (gas que arrossega la mostra) i la fase estacion\u00e0ria (l\u00edquid fixat en un s\u00f2lida trav\u00e9s del qual passen els components). La barreja dels components es separada en base a la seva capacitat d\u2019adherir-se diferencialment a la fase estacion\u00e0ria. L\u2019aspecte m\u00e9s interessant d\u2019aquesta t\u00e8cnica \u00e9s:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Determinaci\u00f3 quantitativa i qualitativa dels components org\u00e0nics de la mostra analitzada, fitxant en primera inst\u00e0ncia si existeixen o no residus org\u00e0nics<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Mostreig<\/em>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aquesta t\u00e8cnica \u00e9s destructiva. Per realitzar aquesta an\u00e0lisi cal un fragment cer\u00e0mic d\u2019aproximadament 3&#215;5 cm. Durant l\u2019extracci\u00f3 de les restes org\u00e0niques, les mostres cer\u00e0miques s\u2019hauran de manipular el menys possible i s\u2019evitaran els recipients de pl\u00e0stic i el contacte directe amb les mans.
