The school is free of charge, with a limited number of spots allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Participants will have the opportunity to present a poster showcasing their work. Posters must follow standard dimensions (typically A0, portrait orientation) and be mounted on their own roll-up stands. No ad-hoc mounting structures will be provided, but all posters will be clearly displayed.
A QR-based voting system will be used to select the best poster, and the winner will receive a special award. A limited number of travel grants are available for students.
The school will be co-located with the AIAA International Conference of Satellite Systems Communications (ICSSC 2025), which takes place from 23 to 25 . The free registration does not include the conference dinner on the 23.
