SOMPESCA t\u00e9 com a prioritat posar en valor el producte del mar catal\u00e0 a trav\u00e9s del coneixement de l\u2019estat de salut dels organismes marins d\u2019inter\u00e8s pesquer. \u200b<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Est\u00e0 subvencionat pel Departament d\u2019Agricultura, Ramaderia, Pesca i Alimentaci\u00f3, de la Generalitat de Catalunya, amb col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 amb el Fons Europeu Mar\u00edtim i de la Pesca, dins de la l\u00ednea d\u2019ajuts \u201cCol.laboraci\u00f3 entre cient\u00edfics i pescadors: transfer\u00e8ncia de coneixements entre investigadors i pescadors i la innovaci\u00f3 en el sector de l\u2019aq\u00fcicultura corresponents a 2019, 2020 i 2021\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Qu\u00e8 fem?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Determinar l\u2019estat de salut de peixos i crustacis d\u2019inter\u00e8s pesquer en tres zones de rellev\u00e0ncia pesquera del Mar Catal\u00e0\u200b.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Detectar els par\u00e0sits amb potencial zoon\u00f2tic que estan afectant les poblacions de peixos i crustacis d\u2019inter\u00e8s pesquer del calador mediterrani catal\u00e0.&nbsp;\u200b<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Detectar i quantificar possibles contaminants antropog\u00e8nics presents en els digestius dels peixos i crustacis d\u2019inter\u00e8s pesquer i determinar possibles indicadors d\u2019impacte en el seu estat de salut.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Transferir el&nbsp;coneixement&nbsp;generat&nbsp;sobre&nbsp;l\u2019estat&nbsp;actual de&nbsp;salut&nbsp;de les&nbsp;poblacions&nbsp;de&nbsp;peixos&nbsp;i&nbsp;crustacis&nbsp;d\u2019inter\u00e8s&nbsp;pesquer&nbsp;als&nbsp;pescadors&nbsp;explicantles&nbsp;possibles&nbsp;causes que condicionen&nbsp;aquesta&nbsp;salut&nbsp;i estructuren les&nbsp;comunitats&nbsp;i&nbsp;fins&nbsp;a&nbsp;quin&nbsp;punt&nbsp;aquests&nbsp;poden tal\u00fas:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Per l\u2019obtenci\u00f3 d\u2019organismes de plataforma i tal\u00fas es comptar\u00e0 amb la col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 de les confraries i pescadors de les tres prov\u00edncies de Catalunya, a cada una de les quals s\u2019estableixen les diferents zones de mostreig (Barcelona i Delta de l\u2019Ebre \u2013zones impactades \u2013i Blanes \u2013 zona control).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Els organismes s\u2019obtindran de pesques de plataforma (entre 50-100 metres de profunditat), i tal\u00fas (entre 400 i 800 metres).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure d\u2019aigua i sediment:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La recollida de les mostres de la columna d\u2019aigua i sediments es realitzar\u00e0 a bord dels propis vaixells pesquers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Per a la recollida de mostres de la columna d\u2018aigua s\u2019utilitzar\u00e0 una xarxa est\u00e0ndard de pl\u00e0ncton (0.2 mm de pas de malla), equipada amb flux\u00f2metres. Les mostres es conservaran en formol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Per la recollida de sediments s\u2019utilitzar\u00e0 un col\u00b7lector de sediments connectat a la malleta de l\u2019art d\u2019arrossegament. individu es prendran dades biol\u00f2giques, parasitol\u00f2giques, alteracions histopatol\u00f2gics i pres\u00e8ncia de d\u2019\u00edtems antropog\u00e8nics.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Integrem resultats d\u2019indicadors biol\u00f2gics amb la seva parasitofauna i alteracions histopatol\u00f2giques en diferents \u00f2rgans per determinar l\u2019estat de salut de cada esp\u00e8cie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-heading\">Quins s\u00f3n els nostres resultats?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>La gamba vermella&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>(<em>Aristeus antennatus<\/em>)&nbsp;<\/strong>del Mar Catal\u00e0 gaudeix d\u2019un&nbsp;<strong>bon estat de salut.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No s\u2019ha trobat cap par\u00e0sit ni alteraci\u00f3 patol\u00f2gica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S\u2019han identificades fibres sint\u00e8tiques en est\u00f3mac i intest\u00ed de m\u00e9s del 80% de les gambes mostrejades. En la meitat hi havia cabdells. Les fibres eren m\u00e9s abundants&nbsp;en gambes m\u00e9s al sud i sobretot als voltants de l\u2019\u00e0rea metropolitana de Barcelona.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Per\u00f2<\/strong><strong>&nbsp;en&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>cap<\/strong><strong>&nbsp;cas sembla que&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>estiguin<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>afectant<\/strong><strong>&nbsp;a la&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>salut<\/strong><strong>&nbsp;de la gamba<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped wp-block-gallery-7 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"768\" height=\"504\" data-id=\"121\" src=\"https:\/\/webs.uab.cat\/seaaq\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/542\/2024\/02\/Resultados-Gamba-1-768x504-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-121\" srcset=\"https:\/\/webs.uab.cat\/seaaq\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/542\/2024\/02\/Resultados-Gamba-1-768x504-1.jpg 768w, https:\/\/webs.uab.cat\/seaaq\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/542\/2024\/02\/Resultados-Gamba-1-768x504-1-300x197.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 768px) 100vw, 768px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>El Moll o Roger de fang&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>(<\/strong><strong><em>Mullus barbatus<\/em><\/strong><strong>)<\/strong>&nbsp;tamb\u00e9&nbsp;<strong>es troba en bon estat de salut<\/strong>, ja que no s\u2019ha trobat cap alteraci\u00f3 patol\u00f2gica rellevant en els teixits estudiats.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No s\u2019ha trobat cap alteraci\u00f3 important en els teixits de&nbsp;<em>M. barbatus<\/em>. Tan sols quistes de causa desconeguda en br\u00e0nquies, els quals s\u00f3n molt freq\u00fcents tamb\u00e9 en altres esp\u00e8cies de peix salvatge a la zona del Mediterrani.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En aquest cas s\u00ed s\u2019han trobat par\u00e0sits, per\u00f2 cap d\u2019ells amb potencial zoon\u00f2tic (amb l\u2019excepci\u00f3 del nematode&nbsp;<em>Contracaecum<\/em>, que \u00e9s un nematode de la fam\u00edlia dels Anisakidae, per\u00f2 que s\u2019ha trobat amb molt baixos valors. A m\u00e9s, cap dels par\u00e0sits trobats afecta a l\u2019estat de salut dels peixos.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Com en el cas de la gamba vermella, tamb\u00e9 s\u2019han trobat fibres en el contingut estomacal i intestinal en m\u00e9s de la meitat dels molls analitzats, per\u00f2 en aquest cas les fibres s\u00f3n majorit\u00e0riament de cel\u00b7lulosa (tot i que tamb\u00e9 de PET). Aquestes fibres, tamb\u00e9 s\u00f3n m\u00e9s abundants en peixos dels voltants de l\u2019\u00e0rea metropolitana de Barcelona.
