Durante los d\u00edas 20 y 21 de noviembre del 2025, se celebr\u00f3 un seminario-taller sobre historia sensorial en la Universidad Aut\u00f3noma de Madrid<\/strong>, titulado \u00abSentir la Edad Moderna\u00bb<\/strong>, donde hemos podido participar con la impartici\u00f3n de un taller<\/strong>, por parte de Tasio Rodrigo junto a Elsa Pinto (Universidad de Granada) y Saul Martinez Bermejo (Universidad Aut\u00f3noma de Madrid). En el taller, titulado \u00abP\u00e1jaros y otros animales. La reconstrucci\u00f3n de sonidos americanos\u00bb<\/strong>, se escucharon sonidos y se ejecturaron algunos instrumentos mesoamericanos prehisp\u00e1nicos delante de la audiencia. <\/p>\n\n

El primer d\u00eda fue dedicado a seminarios cl\u00e1sicos, donde algunos acad\u00e9micos presentaron sus investigaciones respecto al papel de los sentidos menores en la hist\u00f3ria (gusto, tacto, olfato) y donde hubo lugar para la reflexi\u00f3n sobre las metodolog\u00edas y retos de la historia sensorial. Tambi\u00e9n se present\u00f3 el libro \u00abLa memoria de los sentidos. El Nuevo Mundo y los sentidos menores\u00bb, coeditado por Jana Cerna, Juan Pimentel y Ang\u00e9lica Morales Sarabia. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

El segundo d\u00eda fue dedicado a la impartici\u00f3n de talleres, donde incluso recreamos una receta del siglo XVIII de el chocolate con bizcochos. La experiencia fue muy enriquecedora para pensar sobre el papel de otras experiencias sensoriales en la historia de la ciencia. <\/p>\n\n
