Betev\u00e9, 2021. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Per poder realitzar les mesures cartogr\u00e0fiques l\u2019Acad\u00e8mia de les Ci\u00e8ncies de Par\u00eds va decidir calcular la longitud del meridi\u00e0 que unia Dunkerque amb Barcelona passant per Par\u00eds. L\u2019acad\u00e8mic Pi\u00e9rre M\u00e9chain va venir a Barcelona el 1792 per iniciar les mesures. Amb la col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 de cient\u00edfics enviats pel Rei d\u2019Espanya, Carles IV, tamb\u00e9 es va projectar la triangulaci\u00f3 entre Barcelona i el Pirineu utilitzant muntanyes com la Mare de D\u00e9u del Mont, Puigsacalm, Matagalls, Montserrat o Vallvidrera, entre d\u2019altres. En canvi, no va reeixir l\u2019intent de prolongar la triangulaci\u00f3 encadenada fins a les Illes Balears.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Com ho va fer? Quines fites va utilitzar?
