I am a PhD candidate, investigating the effects of urban design and mobility patterns on mental wellbeing in Barcelona, focusing on pregnant women and birth outcomes. I am particularly interested in applying spatial and data-driven methods to generate evidence that can support inclusive and sustainable urban health policies.

Prior to my PhD, I obtained a Master of Public Health from Imperial College London and a BSc in Biomedical Sciences from the University of Sussex. I also worked at the Population Health Research Institute at St George’s, University of London, contributing to the Horizon 2020 Equal-Life project, where I investigated how social and environmental exposures, particularly noise, affect children’s mental health and behaviour over the life course.

My interests lie at the intersection of environmental health, spatial epidemiology, and mental wellbeing. By combining interdisciplinary approaches and advanced analytical tools, I aim to understand how urban environments can promote healthier, more equitable outcomes for vulnerable populations.
