II am a psychologist from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, with a Master’s degree in Modern, Comparative, and Postcolonial Literature from the University of Bologna, and an Erasmus Mundus Master’s degree in Women’s and Gender Studies from the University of Granada. I also hold a diploma in Gender and Violence from the University of Chile. Additionally, I am the co-founder and executive director of an NGO in Chile that bridges gender and feminisms with mental health: Red de Apoyo Psicológico Feminista (REDPSICOFEM).

My interests and research areas include writing, literature, psychoanalysis, and gender studies. The specific focus of my latest research was on the power of “monstrous writings” – those that cross boundaries, go beyond, have no fixed place, and are non-peripheral – to transform the concept of the Human. Currently, I am a PhD researcher within the TOUCH programme, developing the project “Touching Students’ Lives: Arts-Based Autobiography, Creative Writing, and Subjective Transformation in Higher Education”, where I investigate the potential of writing for educational, social, and subjective transformation.
