Then, I worked for 3 years as a Data Scientist, then as a Software Developer in NeuroSpin lab (Paris). Then, I resumed my studies with a Master 1 in Cognitive Science and a Master 2 in Neurosciences in Sorbonne Universit\u00e9 (Paris, France).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After, I worked for 1 year as a bioinformatic engineer in fluorescence imaging and RNA-seq data. I gained experience also in animal experimentation and molecular techniques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In my PhD, I will study a model of PTSD in a mouse model, the fear memory model. I will characterize the underlying mechanisms in astrocytes, a glial brain cell type, and its interaction with neurons. I will focus on the PreFrontal Cortex (PFC), which modulates fear processing in the Hippocampus\u2013Amygdala\u2013PFC network.
