My previous research focused on MRI studies of perivascular space enlargement in Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), a meta-analysis of graph-theory metrics in ASD, and spectral Dynamic Causal Modelling to investigate circadian rhythm effects on brain connectivity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Within the TOUCH programme, I will work on the project&nbsp;<em>Integrative Omics and Neuroimaging in Treatment-Resistant Depression: An Artificial Intelligence-Driven Approach<\/em>&nbsp;at the Institut de Recerca Sant Pau (supervised by Marta Cano and Eva Armengol) combining neuroimaging and -omics data through AI methods to identify predictive biomarkers of treatment response in depression.
