My research approach integrates a biopsychosocial and systemic\u2013ecological model to promote mental health and person-centred care across the lifespan. My recent studies and professional experience as a social worker have deepened my understanding of systemic barriers, social determinants of health, and the influence of policy and legislation on mental well-being. These experiences have strengthened my commitment to holistic, multidisciplinary, and co-produced approaches that empower individuals and communities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Within the TOUCH programme, my research project explores the experiences, needs, and barriers faced by older adults and their caregivers following hospital discharge after an episode of delirium.
