Mariona Gonz\u00e1lez Sord\u00e9<\/strong> holds a BA in Translation and Interpreting from the Pompeu Fabra University (UPF), a BA in Applied Languages from the same university, and a MA in Audiovisual Translation from the Autonomous University of Barcelona (UAB).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Before joining UAB, she worked as a subtitler and as a translation project coordinator.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

She is currently a PhD student at the UAB, working on Easy Language and media accessibility. Her research is backed up by a scholarship linked to the Mediaverse project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Marina Pujadas Farreras<\/strong> is a predoctoral researcher in the Department of Translation, Interpreting and East Asian Studies at the Universitat Aut\u00f2noma de Barcelona (UAB).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

She holds a BA in Translation and Interpreting from the UAB and a MA in Audiovisual Translation from this same university.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

She has been awarded a PhD grant by the Catalan Government, which will allow her to pursue her research interest in media accessibility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Miguel \u00c1ngel Oliva Zamora<\/strong> holds a BA in Translation and Interpreting from the University of Granada (UGR) and an MA in Audiovisual Translation from the Barcelona Autonomous University (UAB).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Thanks to the PhD grant he has been awarded with, he is now able to research videogame accessibility and the implementation of easy-to-understand languages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Before joining the research team in UAB, he was working as project manager and copywriter in SEAT for the online applications of the vehicles’ radio from 2019 to 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mario Cuitavi Mart\u00edn<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n

Mario Cuitavi Mart\u00edn <\/strong>holds a BA in Translation and Interlinguistic Mediation from the University of Val\u00e8ncia (UV), where he also studied a master\u2019s degree in Creative and Humanistic Translation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He is currently a predoctoral researcher at the Department of Translation and Interpreting and East Asian Studies at the Universitat Aut\u00f2noma de Barcelona (UAB), and works on easy language in the media. His research is linked to the ENACT (Easy-to-understand News for Collaborative Transformation) project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Before joining UAB, he worked as a translator and subtitler for the Audio & Podcast Unit at the European Parliament as a Schuman trainee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
