No obstant aix\u00f2, <\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW22685053 BCX0\">el mateix article <\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW22685053 BCX0\">permet que, reglament\u00e0riament, les administracions p\u00fabliques estableixin aquesta obligaci\u00f3 per a determinats procediments o determinats col\u00b7lectius.
