Generation of KO\/KI mouse and rat models by CRISPR\/Cas9 system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Rederivation of mouse\/rat models by embryo transfer or <em>in vitro<\/em> fertilization (IVF).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Cryopreservation of mouse\/rat embryos, sperm and ovary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Recovery of mouse\/rat models from frozen embryos, sperm or ovary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Analysis of genotype by PCR and Southern blot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211;
