On Friday, 14 November 2025, students of\u00a0Land and Landscape Planning and Protection<\/em>\u00a0from the Department of Agriculture, Food and Environment (Di3A) at the University of Catania walked through the landscapes of Ragusa, accompanied by professors Giusy Pappalardo and Maria Grazia Leonardi. Joining them was Giuseppe Occhipinti, in his dual role as resident and member of our international research group WRENCH. The aim of the walk was to understand local residents\u2019 perceptions of the relationship between heritage and climate change, and to explore both the potential and the challenges of the places they encountered. The students will contribute to the co\u2011production of the\u00a0Ragusa People\u2019s Plan<\/em>, a process that began last May with our first workshop in Sicily. Stay tuned! <\/p>\n\n\n\n
