Please find our invitation of the E9 workshop 04 may 2018 in Ghent that Inter and NTGent wil organise.
All of you are welcome.
The event at night (as showcase) will be in Dutch. Depending on the people who wil lattend the workshopday, leading language wil be in English or Dutch (we have the impression that a lot of Dutch speaking people from B and NL wil lattend).
Accessibility of the Scenic Arts: a way to open up expierience for all , 4 may 2018, Gent (Belgium)
The workshop will be a whole day + at the evening the showcase ‘Menuet’.
Our guide trought the programme of the day is the realisation of an inclusive play (the showcase). We will start from the baselines of the ACT project to introduce themes and points that are important or have an influence on the organization of an accessible and inclusive performance. F.e. how about organisation, financance, how to work with eindusers, services, assisitance.
In the morning there will be a plenary form of meeting with topics related tot our showcase. In the afternoon we focus on 3 practical workshops where people can experience and learn about some practical issues.
