
We welcome proposals for:
workshops,
artistic interventions,
embodied or site-specific practices,
hybrid formats,
collective sessions,
or any other format that does not fit the panel structure (see call for panels).
We encourage contributions from
individuals,
collectives,
organisations.
Proposals can address
ecological, technological, spiritual,
political, and social crises
through academic,
transdisciplinary,
participatory,
or practice-based approaches.
We seek especially those
that weave theory and action,
emotion and analysis,
resistance and creation.
Please submit:
a short abstract (max 250 words)
describing your proposal,
and a short bio (max 250 words)
for each contributor.
For submissions in other languages besides
English,
Catalan,
or Spanish,
ask in advance.
Submit as an individual
or as a group.
International applications are welcome.
Payment for workshops, artists, and practitioners
will be negotiated based on the specific needs of each activity.
Fees will range between €250 and €500
and may include costs such as
staff time, materials, and other related expenses.

THEMES
Proposals addressing any of the following topics (but not only) will be welcome:
The cultural, political, ecological, and spiritual dimensions of apocalyptic imaginaries
Historical and contemporary narratives of crisis, collapse, and regeneration
Methodological innovations in researching systemic transformation and uncertainty
Embodied, artistic, and community-based responses to planetary challenges.
Examples of sub-topics include, but are not limited to:
Rethinking origin, heritage, and identity through descentering practices
Apocalyptic imaginaries and regenerative responses (psychological, cultural, spiritual, political, social, scientific)
Fear and hope: the neuropsychology of apocalypse and regeneration
Embodied eco-awakening, eco-theology and ecodelic practices
Critical perspectives on media, capitalism, war, aging, and aesthetics as apocalyptic forces
End-of-times fascism, borders, and global crisis narratives
Methodologies for building cognitive flexibility across worldviews
Political ontology, materiality, human nature, and cultural narratives
Democratizing ontology in education, research, and policy
Planetary purpose, regenerative grief, and secular/spiritual frameworks of meaning
Council of all beings, ecoacoustics, and forest-based methodologies
Regenerative food, permaculture and urban sustainability practices
Participatory and embodied approaches to research and knowledge co-creation
Performance and arts-based research for systemic transformations
Regenerative approaches to AI and digital technologies
Ecoaldeas: myths, realities, and models for systemic change
Conscious restraint, degrowth, and slow living
Student-led regenerative practices and educational innovation
Any other intersections of unexpected connections relevant to regeneration.
LOGISTIC CONSIDERATIONS
Participation in the conference is free of charge. Travel and accommodation will be covered for selected proposals coming from out of the Province of Barcelona.
