Eduardo Hernández Trejo holds a Bachelor’s Degree in History from the Autonomous University of Querétaro, Mexico.
He has participated in research, preservation, and outreach projects related to the historical, documentary, and bibliographic heritage of the state of Querétaro, collaborating with the Faculty of Philosophy of the Autonomous University of Querétaro, the Regional Museum of Querétaro, the Museum of the Conspirators, the Historical Archive of Querétaro, and the National Institute of Anthropology and History.

He is the coordinator and author of the book The Paths of the Voice: Interdisciplinary Perspectives on Cultural Heritage in Mexico through Oral History (Autonomous University of Querétaro, 2025). His research focuses on cultural heritage, as well as the cultural and religious history of the New Spain period.

He is currently a member of the Academic Coordination Department of the Dominican Institute of Historical Research, home to the historical archive of the Order of Preachers in Mexico, and also collaborates with the editorial team of the journal “Anuario Dominicano”.
