Political scientist and urban planner. Eduard Cabré works as a consultant to local governments and non-profit organizations on social housing policies, and is a research assistant on the project COPHAB. His focus is on tenancy regimes and the role of non-profit social housing providers. He is also interested in the tension between market and design in regards to the evolution of cities.
