Speakers:

Dr Ekaterina Shulman is one of Russia’s foremost political scientists specialising in the decision-making mechanisms in hybrid political regimes and a leading Russian anti-war public intellectual whose contributions reach over one million people via her YouTube channel. She is an associate professor at KAZGUU University in Astana, Kazakhstan, and Robert Bosch Academy fellow.

Maksim Kurnikov is a well-known Russian journalist and media manager. He is a lead editor at BILD and a managing director at Radio Echo.
