Eduardo Tapia Tejada holds a PhD in Sociology at the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona and he is an affiliated researcher at The Institute for Analytical Sociology (Sweden), where he studies school and residential segregation processes using large-scale empirically-calibrated simulation models. He also holds a degree in Design and Evaluation of Social Projects from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú. His research interests are social network analysis, the unintended consequences of social action, the emergent outcomes of social interaction, and social simulation techniques.
