The Reliability of Electron Devices and Circuits group (REDEC) is within the Electronic Engineering Department (DEE) of the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (UAB). REDEC’s research is focused on the electron devices and circuits of micro and nano CMOS technologies. – Sinano Institute – Nanovar
REDEC is located at the School of Engineering (EE) in the Bellaterra Campus of the UAB. REDEC is also involved in the teaching of several subjects in the Electronics field, within different studies (Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunication Engineering…), as well as in the Master in Micro and Nanoelectronics.
