The Reliability of Electron Devices and Electronic Circuits (REDEC) is a research group of Electronic Enghineering Department (DEE) of the Universidad Autónoma de Barcelona (UAB). They research is focused on devices and circuits of micro and nano CMOS technologies.

REDEC is located in the Engineering School (EE), in the Campus de Bellaterra de la UAB, and they members are also in charge of teaching in the area of electronics in different degrees ( in Electronic Engineering, Sofware Engineering, Telecomunications, Smart Cities..) and Masters (in Telecomunications or Microelectronics).
