All proposals (panels, papers, and posters) should be approximately 250–300 words in length and must be submitted via the designated online form. References are not required.

Abstracts may be written in Spanish or English. The language used for the abstract must also be the language used for the presentation.

Each person may submit only one paper proposal as presenting author, but may be listed as a participant in other presentations. Only one certificate will be issued per presentation, including the names of all authors listed in the proposal.

The organising committee reserves the right to reassign a paper to a different thematic area if deemed necessary, with prior notice to the author. It also reserves the right—after consultation with the authors—to convert a paper proposal into a poster presentation.

  • Abstract submission period: 15 April–15 May 2026
