Daniel Barrientos Sánchez
Degree in Psychology from the University of Salamanca (USAL). He has a Master’s Degree in Training Processes from the University of Santiago de Compostela (USC) and another in Teacher Training, specializing in Educational Guidance from the National University of Distance Education (UNED). He holds a PhD in Sociology from the Autonomous University of Barcelona (UAB).
His research focuses on various areas, including Vocational Education and Training (VET) and Dual Vocational Training (FP Dual), as well as the transition processes between school and work. It also covers the study of labor trajectories and labor market insertion, with special emphasis on the young population, the gender wage gap and educational segregation. It also addresses the analysis of the situation of asylum seekers and refugees within these contexts.
