The UAB has eduroam wifi connection on campus as well as UAB wifi which you can access as a guest.
ORAL PRESENTATIONS
Oral presentations will be 20 minutes long (plus 10 minutes for questions and discussion).
Macbook users who would like to use their computer to project their presentation, please bring your own adaptor.
THEMED SYMPOSIA
Themed symposia will be 1 hour and 30 minutes long. Each paper should be 20 minutes long (plus 5 minutes for questions) and leave 15 minutes for discussion at the end of the session.
POSTERS
The poster should have a vertical layout, maximum A0 paper size (85x120cm approximately).
The UAB campus has a print center where you can have your poster printed on demand without delay. You should expect to pay between 20-40€ for your poster, depending on the material you choose.
