On March 4, Dr. Irene Gómez Franco (GEHUCT–UAB) will participate in the seminar “Responsabilidad y justicia ante el impacto del cambio climático en la salud,” which will take place at Sala Fernando Salmerón (12 p.m.), at the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM).

In her presentation, she will address from a public health ethics perspective the responsibilities and justice-related challenges raised by the impact of climate change on health, with particular attention to women and to the intergenerational dimension.

The session will be moderated by Dr. Elisabetta Di Castro (FFyL-UNAM) and is part of a research activity linked to the POyETICAS project (Politics and Ethics of Public Health) of GEHUCT.
