FERTAGE project awarded

I am delighted to share that our project FERTAGE has been awarded funding through the Generación de Conocimiento 2025 (#PID2025) call from the Agencia Estatal de Investigación (AEI).
FERTAGE will explore the genetic and environmental determinants of fertility, helping us better understand the biological mechanisms that shape reproductive outcomes and their implications for human health.
Congratulations to all colleagues at the Institut de Biotecnologia i de Biomedicina (IBB-UAB) whose projects were also funded through this highly competitive call. This collective success highlights the strength and impact of the research being carried out across the institute.
An exciting aspect of this project is that we will soon be recruiting PhD students to join the team and contribute to this research effort. If you are passionate about genetics, reproduction, fertility, and biomedical research, stay tuned for upcoming opportunities.
