AEEAO will award up to five grants to cover conference registration for students presenting a paper and five grants to cover conference registration for students attending without presenting (attendance only), provided they meet the following requirements:
- Be an AEEAO member
- Be a student in the current academic year (undergraduate, postgraduate, or doctoral)
- For students presenting a paper only: have submitted an abstract that has been accepted following the review process
Grants will be allocated by lottery. Awardees will be notified by email, and the results will also be announced on the association’s website and social media. Applicants are reminded that the grant covers registration only (either with or without presentation, as applicable) and does not include the conference dinner.
