PhD in Education, Associate Professor in the Department of Applied Pedagogy at UAB, specialized in Group Dynamics applied to education. She researches within competitive projects related to teamwork, gender in the academic career, university management and the evaluation of training organizations, among others. She participates in several partnerships between University – Public Administration, and University – Business. She teaches at undergraduate and postgraduate in topics related to work teams: creation, behaviour, management, etc.., In educational organizations. She is a member of the research group EDO, on organisational development.
