Alignment with the EU Open Science Agenda

This project aligns with the European Union’s vision for Open Science, which promotes transparency, accessibility, collaboration, and public engagement throughout the research process. It supports open access to research outputs, responsible data management and sharing, research integrity and reproducibility, and inclusive forms of scholarly communication.
In particular, the project adheres to the following principles: (1) research data are open by default and follow FAIR (Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, and Reusable) principles; (2) intellectual property rights are managed in compliance with Open Science obligations; (3) Open Science practices are promoted throughout the research process; and (4) citizens, civil society organisations, and end-users are involved in co-creation processes where appropriate.
Research outputs will be deposited in trusted repositories whenever possible to ensure their long-term accessibility and reuse. The project also fosters collaboration across academic and non-academic communities and supports the broad dissemination and exchange of knowledge.
