Placement Supervisor
Esteve Caramés is the Head of Culture Programmes at the Cultural Institute of Barcelona (ICUB). He has over 20 years experience in cultural policy, urban development, festivals, and arts funding, having led projects such as Arts Factory and City Festivals. He holds degrees in Political Science and Urban Planning from the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (UAB), Sciences Po Paris, and Universitat Pompeu Fabra (UPF). He is active in international networks including UCLG-Culture 21, the World Cities Culture Forum, and UNESCO’s Creative Cities Network.
