GDA 2024 Registration fees
Standard fee
- Early bird registration, until 31 August 2024, in-person, with dinner: 130 euros
- Early bird registration, until 31 August 2024, in-person, without dinner: 100 euros
- Registration, after 1 September 2024, in-person with dinner: 150 euros
- Registration, after 1 September 2024, in-person without dinner: 120 euros
- Early bird registration, until 31 August 2024, online: 20 euros
- Registration, after 1 September 2024, online: 30 euros
Reduced fee
- Early bird registration, until 31 August 2024, in-person, with dinner, reduced price (students, unemployed, GreenSCENT partners): 90 euros
- Early bird registration, until 31 August 2024, in-person, without dinner, reduced price (students, unemployed, GreenSCENT partners): 60 euros
- Registration, after 1 September 2024, in-person with dinner, reduced price (students, unemployed, GreenSCENT partners): 110 euros
- Registration, after 1 September 2024, in-person without dinner, reduced price (students, unemployed, GreenSCENT partners): 80 euros
Registration will open on 30 June 2024. Fees are non-refundable.
The registration fee includes: access to the conference and conference materials, coffee breaks, informal lunch on Monday and Tuesday, and an informal dinner (in case you choose the fee with dinner).
The organisation is not responsible for any paper cancellations by speakers. The programme is subject to change.
