This page provides general information on the registration process. Please read it carefully before filling in the registration form.
1. General information
M4ALL is collocated with ARSAD and an EASIT event. There are preferential fees if you attend different events. There are also two pre-conference workshops for which you can register independently.
Registration fees include access to the online platform (Moodle), where prerecorded videos for the presentations will be available.
Each event will have a different Moodle space.
Communication with the speakers will be possible through a written forum during the conference.
Please notice that it will not be a live event: the videos will become available following the conference schedule, and forum written interaction will be possible during the event.
Videos will remain available after the conference for a week.
Videos will be subtitled by the speakers.
2. How do I register?

There are different possibilities depending on whether you need an invoice or not.
Please read until the end of this section before registering.
3. How do I pay?

4. I have a student/unemployment/supporting organisation concession. How do I get a reduced fee?
In the registration form you will need to add proof of it in pdf format.
Supporting organisations will be providing you with a specific document to upload.
5. What documents do I need for the registration? Can I get an invoice?
The registration form includes links to all the documents you need to provide when you need (and when you don’t need) an invoice.
We summarise the documents next, so that you can have them ready when filling in the registration form.
- If you need an invoice to your organisation/company/institution’s name after making the payment, you will need to upload proof of payment when registering. You will also need to upload this document (fill it in with your institution’s data and stamp it).
- If you need an invoice to your organisation/company/institution’s name before making the payment, you will need to upload this document (fill it in with your institution’s data and stamp it). Later on, you will need to send proof of payment to two addresses: transmedia.catalonia@uab.cat and d.traduccio@uab.cat.
- If you need an invoice to your name after making the payment, you will need to upload proof of payment when registering. You will also need to upload a copy of your passport or ID plus this document, filled in with your information.
- If you need an invoice to your name before making the payment, you will need to upload a copy of your passport or ID plus this document, filled in with your information.
Getting an invoice before the payment is only possible until 30th November. Please notice that as of December 1st it is no longer possible to ask for an invoice before making the payment.
